Clairvoyance is the ability to see spirit images. In other words, it allows us to see things that are unknown by the common senses. Therefore, a clairvoyant receives impressions from spirit communicators. For remote viewing, you need to determine a remote location you would like to sense. Meditation will enable you to clear your mind and focus on your sixth sense. You need to get rid of clutter and burden. Before waking in the morning, lie still for a few minutes with your closed eyes. Try to notice as many sounds and smells as possible before you open your eyes. If you carry out this exercise for several weeks, it will help increase your levels of awareness and intuition. To get started, close your eyes and take a deep, slow breath. Inhale through your nose. Hold that breath in for a moment and then breathe back out through your mouth.
4. Playing Soft Music
You can play soft music to still your mind or chant a mantra to do so. A mantra is some words or short phrase that you repeat over and over again. The goal is to get rid of unwanted mental clutter. Meditation helps you turn off your analytical mind and turn on the subconscious mind. Think about a “plus” sign when you inhale and a “minus” sign when you exhale. Repeat this exercise regularly.
